Our customer-first approach starts in the workshop, with solid processes, realistic workloads, and standards that don't get compromised.About the roleReporting to the Service Manager, this role is suited to an experienced technician who leads by example on the tools and takes ownership of the quality of work delivered in the workshop.
You'll play an significant role in maintaining high standards, supporting the team, and ensuring vehicles are serviced and repaired the first time correctly.What you'll be doingAccurately identifying, reporting, and repairing service, repair, and warranty concernsCarry out minor and major services and repairs to manufacturer and dealership standardsPerforming road testing and final quality control checksMaintaining a safe,
