Urgent requirement of SAP EWM Consultant - Contract - MelbourneRequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules.Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.Monitor EWM queues, IDocs, RF framework, and background jobs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS, ABAP) for issue resolution.Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and minor developments.Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.Assist with testing (unit, integration, UAT) and transport management.Support warehouse users, provide training, and handle user queries.Participate in cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support as required.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Support (Embedded or Decentralized).




Good understanding of:o Warehouse structure and master data Preferred Qualification:Inbound & outbound processesInternal warehouse processes (putaway, picking, replenishment)Physical inventory and cycle countingExperience with RF Framework, Handling Units (HU), Wave Management, and Manifest Management (if applicable).
Knowledge of integration with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP).
Ability to debug and work with ABAP developers for issue resolution.Familiarity with monitoring tools (/SCWM/MON, SMQ1/SMQ2, SLG1).
Positive communication and documentation skills.SAP EWM CertificationExperience in S/4HANA EWMExposure to warehouse automation or third-party integrationsExperience in 24x7 support environmentsDuration: 06 Months, with possible extensionEligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
