This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience while providing vital technical assistance to educators.What you'll do:Assist principals, teachers, and staff with their tech troubles, both in person at schools and remotely.Be a problem-solver, using your tech skills to untangle even the trickiest issues.Communicate clearly and patiently with everyone you meet, fostering a positive learning environment.Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues and educators to find the best solutions.You're a quick learner with a knack for figuring things out.You're comfortable with Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite.You have experience with network setups (wired/wireless).
