Bodyfit is looking for a Membership Officer to join the team and help create an exceptional experience for members while driving the growth and performance of the club.
You'll be involved across membership sales, lead generation, member engagement, retention and the day-to-day member experience.
You'll be one of the key faces of Bodyfit and will play an active role in the performance of the club.
This is a result-focused role with commission opportunities, giving you the ability to increase your earnings by delivering strong results.
We're currently hiring for this role at: Blacktown, Emerton and Marrickville.
Key responsibilities
Managing membership enquiries across walk-ins, phone, online and referralsConducting club tours, consultations, trials and membership appointmentsConverting enquiries into current Bodyfit membersFollowing up leads through phone, SMS and emailProactively generating new leads and referral opportunitiesParticipating in local outreach, promotions,



events and community activitiesBuilding genuine relationships with existing membersAssisting members with general membership and account enquiriesPromoting Personal Training, Reformer Pilates, Group Fitness and other Bodyfit services
About you
Loves working with people and can build rapport quicklyHas a strong customer service and sales mindsetIs comfortable starting conversationsIs confident making outbound calls and following up leadsIs proactive and looks for opportunities rather than waiting for themHas strong communication and organisational skillsCan work independently and take ownership of tasksIs reliable, accountable and solutions-focusedEnjoys working towards individual and team goalsBrings positive energy to the clubExperience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, membership or another customer-facing environment would be highly regarded.
