Marketing Events Retail and Inventory SpecialistLet's Play Games is seeking a Marketing Events Retail and Inventory Specialist to join our team.
The Marketing Events Retail and Inventory Specialist will support marketing projects and events as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
This will include but not limited to determining event stock requirements, monitoring inventory levels, implementing sales strategies and building reports to present to management and cross-functional teams.
You'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Organised Play Events and B2C Conventions.
This is a full time role and is based in Wetherill Park.Responsibilities:Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and maintain branding consistency across all activitiesOrdering and procurement of tabletop gaming products for retail eventsSupport event and retail operations by determining event stock requirementsMonitor inventory levels,



conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate with partners to maintain optimal stock levelsManage and deploy marketing/event inventoryImplement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appealAnalyse sales data and implementing sales strategiesPromote and support participation in external stakeholder, partnership, and industry eventsSkills & Experience:2 years' experience in a retail management roleDeep knowledge of tabletop gaming industry and productsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywritingStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and attention to detailProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPressSelf-starter attitude with a proactive, can-do approachAbility to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work autonomouslyWillingness to travel and work weekends/extended hours during event periods, as requiredAdditional Considerations:Flexibility for Travel: Must be willing to travel to some events.
Travel may include weekends and extended hours during event periods.Weekend Work: Availability to work on weekends is essential.
