No weekend or retail hours.The RoleYou'll be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring every client receives a seamless and personalised experience.Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed bookingProviding expert advice across a range of international tours and cruisesPreparing quotes and following up enquiries to maximise conversionBooking international airfares using a GDSWorking with economy,
