Repairs & Customer HandoverOngoing Training And Development OpportunitiesSupportive Team Environment With Strong CultureHands-On Position With Diverse Daily TasksLong-Term Career Stability And Growth PotentialAbout The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to prepare, service, repair, and deliver caravans while ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager some of your responsibilities will include:Completing caravan inspections and preparation for customer handoversInstalling caravan accessories, electrical systems, and upgradesPerforming servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault rectification workConducting customer handovers and demonstrating caravan systemsLiaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams professionallyFollowing workshop procedures, quality standards, and checklistsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Current QLD Driver's Licence and reliable transport to work sitesMechanical, automotive, auto-electrical, or 12V installation experienceStrong fault‐finding, troubleshooting, and technical problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication, customer service, and teamwork capabilitiesStrong time management, organisation, and self‐motivated work ethic
