Next Level Elevators Pty Ltd – Brunswick VICNext Level Elevators is a fast-growing business in the residential elevator industry, and we're looking for a reliable, hands‐on Lift Trade Assistant to join our Victorian installation team.Working across multiple sites, you'll support our Lift Installers, Site Supervisors and Project Managers with everything from site preparation and material handling to assisting with the installation, removal and upgrade of passenger lifts, platform lifts and home lifts.This is a physical, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, being part of a team and getting the job done.

For the right person, there is a clear pathway to progress into a Lift Installer/Mechanic role.What You'll Be DoingAssist lift installers across multiple sitesPrepare and organise sites, tools, equipment and materials ahead of installationsLoad, unload, move and position lift components and equipmentAssist installers with components including car frames, guide rails, doors,



counterweights and control equipmentSupport basic mechanical and electrical tasks under the direction of licensed installersAssist with testing, fault‐finding and commissioning as directedKeep work sites clean, safe and well organisedComplete job sheets, timesheets and other required recordsWork closely with installers, Site Supervisors and Project Managers to keep jobs moving safely and on scheduleAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable with a physically demanding role.You'll ideally have:Previous experience as a Trade Assistant, labourer or in a similar hands‐on roleConstruction or lift industry experience – highly regarded but not essentialExperience with manual handling and repeated heavy liftingConfidence using hand and power toolsA good understanding of site safety and WHS requirementsA current White CardA current driver's licenceA willingness to travel between sitesA positive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to follow instructions, work well in a team and take pride in your workA trade background or qualification would be highly regarded.
