From day one, you'll build relationships with children, families and your recent team while playing an important part in shaping the culture, learning environments and community of Journey Parap.You'll have the opportunity to bring your ideas, experience and personality to your role, with the support of the wider Journey ecosystem behind you.Monday to Friday | 5-day availability requiredAbout the RoleCreate engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLFBuild meaningful relationships with children and families from day oneWork collaboratively with your current team to establish routines and learning environmentsSupport children's individual learning, development and wellbeingContribute to observations, planning and Storypark documentationHelp build a positive, inclusive and connected team cultureMaintain high standards of safety, care and safeguardingAbout YouYou're a warm, reliable and collaborative educator who is excited by the opportunity to be part of something new.You'll bring:Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CarePrior Experience in ECEAvailability across five days, Monday to FridayFlexibility across shift times,
