You'll manage spare parts enquiries, quotes and sales orders, keeping information accurate and supply on time.If you like quick-paced, hands-on work and solving problems, this is for you.What you getContract role (initially 6 months) based in Macquarie ParkA global employer at the forefront of the energy transitionExposure to low-emission power generation: gas and steam turbines, generators and decarbonisation servicesVariety every day working with customers, engineers, suppliers and overseas factoriesThe roleCustomer contact: Be the first point of contact for spare parts enquiries, giving accurate lead times, pricing and availabilityOrders and quotes: Enter and manage orders in SAP, follow up quotes and keep backorders up to dateSupply:



Work with factories and procurement to confirm availability and order status, and coordinate freight, shipping documents and proof of deliveryLogistics: Coordinate 3PL providers, freight forwarders and warehouse partners, and chase delays or discrepanciesService levels: Proactively manage backorders and give customers regular updatesInventory: Assist with stock reconciliations, cycle counts and inventory investigationsWhat you need2+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service or administrative supportExperience processing purchase and sales ordersERP experience (SAP, Phoenix or similar) and strong Excel skills, including reporting and reconciliationsExcellent communication and customer service, with high attention to detailSelf-motivated and proactive, able to work independently, juggle priorities and work well in a teamBonus, not essentialLogistics or procurement experience in industrial automation and controls, or basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and field instrumentation.
