PM&R; Constructions is seeking a Skilled Construction Labourer to join our agile team based metropolitan south and east of Melbourne.
This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to diverse residential renovation construction projects across the region.
In this role, you will support skilled tradespeople and project teams, ensuring sites run efficiently and safely whilst developing your expertise in the construction industry.
Your work will be integral to the successful delivery of our construction projects, and you will be part of a collaborative team committed to quality workmanship and professional standards.Key responsibilitiesAssisting skilled tradespeople with the preparation, layout and completion of construction work across various project typesOperating and maintaining hand tools, power tools and light machinery in accordance with safety protocolsPreparing and maintaining work sites, including clearing debris, organising materials and ensuring housekeeping standards are metLoading, unloading and moving building materials and equipment safely and efficientlyAssisting with the installation of temporary safety systems, including fencing, signage and site barriersSupporting the mixing, application and finishing of concrete, mortar and other building materialsHelping with site measurements,
