The Role
We're looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy finance department.
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you'll help ensure our suppliers are paid, while keeping our systems running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Process invoices, POs and work ordersMatch supplier charges to client entriesReconcile statements & follow up on outstanding itemsLiaise with internal teams & suppliersAssist with cashflow forecasting, month-end and EFT runs (training provided)Admin support for workshop functions
What You Bring
AP or finance experience (preferred)Solid attention to detailAbility to work well in a teamExperience with Xero or similar (bonus)
