We are Hiring Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer Australia wideMinimum 6 months to 2 years of Experience.Required Duties & Skills:Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and Network infrastructure.Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IPUnderstanding of Firewall,VLANs,Emails - Office365 and on-premise Exchange server,Teamviewer and Storage.Windows OS Server and ClientSolid understanding of switching and routingFamiliar with windows installation, upgrading and troubleshootingOnsite and offsite Backup monitoringBasic networking with understanding of Modem / RoutersFull Working rights to work in Australia
