NSW Health is seeking a Dietitian (Level 1/2) for the Integrated Care Hunter and Mid North Coast Community Diabetes Education Team in Newcastle.
The role is 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) and temporary part‐time until February ****, delivering evidence-based nutrition care to people with diabetes across multiple community locations.You will work in a multidisciplinary team, providing education, clinical nutrition therapy and support for carers to improve health outcomes and self‐management.
