We value our team and commit to creating a supportive and rewarding work workplace.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures across production and inspection processesConduct regular product and process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO **** standardsAnalyse quality data, generate reports, and identify trends or opportunities for improvementCollaborate closely with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issuesSupport quality control and quality assurance teams in driving and maintaining best practicesManage the calibration of inspection equipment and maintain accurate records using calibration softwareParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiencyRead and interpret technical drawings, developing a strong understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)Your Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a Quality Coordinator or similar quality-focused role, or an Engineering graduate looking to start their careerStrong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and ISO frameworksExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectivelyHigh attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teams and communicate effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems/softwareAbility to read and interpret technical drawings (GD&T; knowledge highly regarded)All employees will undertake a pre-employment medical and character check where required.
