You will actively monitor pool users, perform rescue and first aid duties when require, and support the overall operation of the Fitness Centre.What You'll Be DoingSupervising patrons and ensuring a protected swimming environment at all timesMonitoring pool activities and maintaining constant observation of swimmersPerforming lifesaving and rescue activities when requiredAdministering first aid and maintaining first aid suppliesConducting daily pool water quality testing and basic pool plant dutiesTesting defibrillators and maintaining accurate recordsManaging pool and facility bookingsAssisting with gym equipment setup for Defence Physical Training InstructorsEnsuring authorised patron access and sign-in complianceIdentifying and addressing potential safety hazardsMaintaining clean and presentable pool, change room,
