Nurtured Education and Care – Gladesville NSWAbout the roleNurtured Education and Care is a boutique centre conveniently located in Gladesville, close to transport and with parking available.We're seeking an experienced Certificate 3, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team.
As an educator, you will be responsible for working in a positive cultured team in delivering excellence in early childhood to children between ages of 0-6 years.
This is a full-time role with opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.This service is a child safe organisation and we strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures.

promoting open communication and team-oriented partnershipsMaintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the centre management team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for childrenWhat we're looking forCertificate 3, Diploma in Early Childhoodor Bachelor of Early ChildhoodMinimum 1 year experience as a Room Educator in a childcare settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleaguesStrong organisational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing a team effectivelyPassion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of developmentally appropriate practicesCommitment to upholding high standards of care and service deliveryCurrent First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management certificatesWorking with Children CheckWhat we offerAt Nurtured Education and Care, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional and personal growth.
