With a strong focus on atmosphere, quality drinks and relaxed, knowledgeable service, it's a space that comes alive as the night progresses.BKKBKK brings bold Thai flavours, cocktails and high-energy hospitality to HER.
With a vibrant atmosphere and a high-volume service environment, BKK is all about great food, great drinks, and a team that knows how to deliver an exceptional guest experience at pace.About the roleWe're looking for hospitality-obsessed Supervisors who thrive in a busy service and enjoy bringing out the best in their team.You'll be hands-on across the floor and bar, supporting service, directing staff, and helping create an experience that feels effortless for our guests.
You'll work with a team delivering knowledgeable and relaxed service alongside an evolving cocktail offering, curated European and Australian wines, and seasonal menus.Lead from the front during busy, high-volume serviceConfidently manage a shift and direct the team around youMaintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experienceCoach, support and develop junior team membersStay organised,
