All leads are warm and qualified, allowing you to focus on understanding your customers, building genuine relationships and helping them find the right solution for their housing needs.You'll be responsible for:Managing incoming warm and qualified sales enquiries - no cold callingBuilding robust, genuine relationships with customersGuiding customers through the modular building journey, from initial enquiry through to purchasePreparing proposals to help customers solve their housing needsConducting customer consultations,



project reviews and factory toursDelivering quotes prepared by experienced estimatorsFollowing up leads and confidently progressing opportunities through the sales processEnsuring each sale is properly documented and scoped before handing the project over to the Project Management teamWorking closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth transition from sales into project deliveryProviding excellent communication and service throughout the entire customer journeyWorking towards sales KPIs through excellent service, strong follow-up and genuine customer relationshipsWhy Join the Team?
