About the rolePurpose of this RoleBe the first point of contact for all sales enquiries from potential and existing customersProviding PassportCard's insurance products to travellers, selling policies and growing our customer database – with the best product on the market!
Provide an outstanding customer experience through every interactionWork as part of a high functioning and multi-skilled team who celebrate each other's successesMeet KPI's and adhere to PassportCard's guidelines, procedures and quality standardsLiaise with the Medical Assessors team regarding pre-existing conditionsPlease note:



this is an office-based positionAbout youWhat we are looking for:Previous sales experience as a contact centre agent or transferable skillsTarget-oriented with proven examples and track record of meeting and/or exceeding KPIs in sales and maintaining a positive experience for the customerTaking inbound calls and leads and confidently communicate with a diverse group of peopleA good knowledge and understanding of insurance products and of the Australian travel insurance market is a plus!
