We're looking for a hands‐on Restoration Technician to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering outstanding restoration solutions to our clients.If you enjoy a varied role, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast‐paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Restoration Technician, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering restoration projects from start to finish while ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction remain the top priorities.You will work across residential, commercial and insurance restoration projects, liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out water, fire, mould and environmental restoration worksManage small to large restoration projects from commencement through to completionSupervise labour hire staff and subcontractors on sitePrepare and manage project schedules and workflowsInspect works and maintain quality standards throughout each projectEnsure compliance with workplace health, safety and environmental requirementsCommunicate professionally with clients,



insurers and stakeholdersRespond to customer enquiries and provide restoration advice where requiredOperate restoration equipment and ensure all plant and equipment is used safelyComplete project documentation, reports and tablet‐based systems accuratelyMaintain company vehicles, tools and equipmentParticipate in an on‐call roster and emergency response works, including after‐hours, weekends and public holidays when requiredWhat We're Looking ForExperience within restoration, construction, insurance building repairs, trade services or a similar fieldStrong leadership and supervisory skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipCurrent driver's licenceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible approach to emergency and after‐hours response workWhy Join Abril Restorations?
