You will build trusting relationships, implement positive behaviour strategies, and assist with daily routines and life skills across adaptable shifts including sleepovers and weekends.The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, and culturally competent support for diverse youth, with SCHADS Level 3 pay rates and salary packaging available
