Registered Nurse (RN) & Enrolled Nurse (EN) – Residential Aged CareCasual Agency Shifts – RN & ENAbout the opportunityMedstar Nursing Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) for residential aged care shifts across Sydney and New South Wales.This role requires current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN.We have opportunities available for:Casual and ad hoc agency shiftsShort-term contractsFlexible weekday, evening, night, weekend and public holiday shiftsWhether you want adaptable shifts close to home or the stability of a fixed-term contract, we can connect you with work that suits your experience and availability.You will deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care that supports residents' dignity, independence and quality of life.Key responsibilities (within your scope of practice)Assess residents' clinical needs and help develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plansAdminister medications safely and monitor their effectivenessConduct clinical assessments, monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' conditionsIdentify and respond to clinical deteriorationProvide wound care, catheter management and other clinical procedures as requiredKeep accurate, timely clinical notes and resident recordsWork with doctors,



allied health professionals and the wider care teamSupport and supervise personal care workers (RNs also oversee ENs as required)Follow infection prevention and control proceduresDeliver care in line with facility policies, professional standards and the Aged Care Quality StandardsRequirementsCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division
1) or Enrolled Nurse (Division
