Silverchain is seeking Home Care Workers in Bellara and surrounding areas to support older clients at home.
The role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to work independently with travel between client homes across Sunnybank and nearby regions.You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transport clients to appointments and activities, while documenting care with families and coordinators.
CPR/First Aid and police checks are required or in process.
