Follow up policies and procedures to comply with the requirementsFull analysis ofoffers, pre-shipment samples, shipment samples, and arrivals (Commercial to Specialty)Prepare and dispatch samples to customersMaintain accurate records of all coffees received and assessed in the systemPrepare cupping sessions following SCA protocolsConduct physical analysis, measurements and recordings of coffee attributes, including screen size and moisture contentCupping to ensure the quality requirements are within specifications and authorise the product's releaseKeep cupping areas, dishwashing facilities, and sample rooms clean and organized;
