The two-year Graduate Development Program accelerates your growth through hands-on project exposure, mentoring, and structured learning.You'll contribute to major rail and metro infrastructure projects, work with experienced engineers, and develop consulting skills in communication, collaboration and problem-solving while pursuing ongoing development beyond GDP.
