chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle choicesMaintain accurate clinical records using Best Practice softwareParticipate in quality improvement activities, infection control and accreditation requirementsWork collaboratively with doctors, reception staff and allied health professionals to provide outstanding patient careSelection CriteriaCurrent AHPRA registration as an RN or EENExperience in general practice, treatment room nursing and Chronic Disease ManagementAbility to work independently and provide patient-centred careExperience with Best Practice Medical SoftwareCurrent immunisation certification and qualifications in Medication Administration and IV are highly regarded
