We're growing, and looking for two trainee recruitment consultants to join us in October.
We want people who are genuinely valuable with people, from sales, customer service, call centres and client-facing roles, and ready for more.
You don't need recruitment experience.
You need drive, curiosity and the ability to build trust with someone in the first five minutes of a conversation.
What you'll actually be doing
Part relationship management, part sales, part solving problems on the fly.
Winning new clients and managing the ones you already haveTalking daily with candidates about their next moveJuggling live roles,



interviews and deadlines at onceRecruiting across engineering, construction, trades and infrastructure
No day looks the same.
You could be telling a candidate they've landed their dream job one hour and closing a new client the next.
Where your background fits
Account management, B2B sales or client relationship rolesCall centre, admin or scheduling work with too many plates spinningCustomer service where you were the one people asked for by nameAny role built around targets, KPIs or bonusesA trade or labour background where you preferred the people to the tools
