You will work alongside experienced property managers, supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio.
This role is based in office in Dandenong and offers the chance to build valuable experience in one of Australia's most dynamic real estate markets.What you'll be doingAssisting with the day to day management and coordination of a large residential real estate portfolioSupporting tenant and landlord communications, responding to queries and managing maintenance requests in a timely mannerConducting property inspections and preparing comprehensive inspection reportsCoordinating maintenance and repairsSupporting lease administration, including preparing tenancy documentation and renewal lettersMaintaining accurate property records and databasesSupporting the property management team with general administrative tasksWhat we're looking forA genuine interest in property management and the real estate industryStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants,
