Junction Support Services in regional Victoria is seeking a Homes First Case Manager to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness to secure and maintain safe, stable housing through Housing First, trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.
In this full-time maximum term role based in Wangaratta until 30 June ****, you will assess needs, develop support plans, advocate, connect clients with health and community services, and contribute to supervision and skilled
