Job Description
Qscan Group in Nowra is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our clinic on a full time, fixed-term basis until 4 April ****.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries, while maintaining high levels of customer service.
You will manage payments and invoices, operate the booking system, and support back-office activities such as data entry and reporting.
