and processing of payrollAssist in preparing financial reports for accountants and clientsEnsure compliance with ATO requirements and deadlinesSupport client queries and provide high-quality service in a timely mannerCollaborate with accountants to deliver accurate financial information for tax and advisory purposesUtilise cloud accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and ensure files are kept up to dateIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency for clients and the firmWhat we're looking for:2+ years prior experience in public practice bookkeeping, or a bookkeeping role handling multiple clientsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer alternative solutionsCommitment to personal and professional developmentBe a team player, contributing ideas to improve quality and outcomesConfident speaking with clients to provide commercial solutions that add real valueManages workloads, deadlines, and priorities effectivelyPlease note you must be an Australian citizen (or permanent resident), a New Zealand citizen or hold a current Australian Work Visa to apply.
