Job Description
NSW Health's Shoalhaven region seeks a Sterilisation Services Educator to lead staff education and training as the current department is built.
You will design and deliver education, assess learning needs and maintain training records, working with the Sterilisation Services Manager to ensure competency and compliance across perioperative services.
You will contribute to a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement while shaping a skilled, confident team in the evolving acute services
