Job Description
Fetch Recruitment is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor/Manager for a major development site in Hervey Bay.
You will lead on-site crews, ensure external works meet TMR standards, and drive safety, quality and schedule on a large civil project.
The role requires proven crew leadership, solid communication and a proactive hands-on approach, with coordination of multiple stakeholders to deliver the works on time and to spec.
