Job Description
Mercy Health Warrnambool is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse in Charge to lead clinical care in our residential aged care service.
You will work with the Clinical Care Coordinator and multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of resident care.
You will provide operational leadership in the absence of the Service Manager, mentor a team of nurses and care staff, and drive quality, safety, and compliance across shifts.
