Job Description
MacKillop Family Services is seeking dedicated Residential Care Workers for night shifts in the Warrnambool region, in permanent part-time or casual roles, reporting to the Residential House Supervisor and supporting young people in out-of-home care.
The position requires a Certificate IV in relevant field or equivalent, a genuine interest in young people, empathy, and robust emotional regulation.
A current First Aid, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening are essential.
