Water Corporation in WA seeks an experienced HR professional to support leaders and improve culture and performance.
You will provide advice on performance management, misconduct, grievances and team dynamics, and undertake investigations with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
You will coach leaders, interpret employment contracts and policies, and participate in ongoing People Advisory initiatives.
