Digitin Coms Pty Ltd is seeking a Semi Water Tanker Operator to join our team on a casual basis or ABN.
This role is based around Goulburn and Yass NSW.
As a Semi Water Tanker Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the water tanker vehicle, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of water to construction sites around Yass and Goulburn for Hume Link Project.
Work consist of 10.5 hours a day, 7 days a week with a 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster.Key responsibilitiesOperating water tanker vehicles safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations and company policiesTransporting water to construction sites and other locations as directedPerforming pre-operation and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in good working orderLoading and unloading water from tanker vehicles with precision and careMaintaining accurate records of water deliveries, routes and vehicle maintenanceAdhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or hazards immediatelyCommunicating effectively with site supervisors and team members regarding delivery schedules and requirementsMaintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensuring all safety equipment is readily availableWhat we're looking forValid Heavy Combination Licence (HC) or equivalent,



appropriate for operating tanker vehicles in New South WalesProven experience as a Water Tanker Operator or in a similar plant and machinery operation role within the construction industry is beneficialStrong knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to water tanker operationsExcellent vehicle operation and manoeuvring skills, particularly in wide-ranging terrain and construction environmentsReliable, punctual and professional attitude with a commitment to safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearlyCurrent driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility to perform manual tasks associated with loading and unloadingExperience with water delivery logistics and site-specific requirements is preferredWhat we offerThis add is advertised as a causal roll paying $45 - $55 an hour with allowances and penalties for the right person, however we would be happy to consider paying on ABN on an agreed flat rate.
