you will help deliver professional healthcare services while providing exceptional customer care to our local community.Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy legislation, quality, safety and professional standards, including those set by the Pharmacy Board of Australia and the Quality Safety Pharmacy Program (QSPP).
Managing the day-to-day operation of the dispensary and assisting with front-of-shop activities.Providing accurate dispensing and professional patient counselling to achieve the best health outcomes.Suprvising and supporting pharmacy assistants and junior staff.Managing dispensary stock, ordering, and inventory control.Supporting store initiatives and contributing to the continued success of the pharmacy.Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with patients.Working collaboratively as part of the team while demonstrating leadership when required.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRAExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for community pharmacy and patient careOutstanding customer service skillsThe ability to work efficiently in a busy environmentA professional, reliable, and positive attitudeStrong organisational and time management skillsVaccination accreditation (desirable)Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)We look forward to welcoming our next team member.Working together.
