Job Description
RAC WA is seeking an experienced Project Learning & Development Lead to drive the design, delivery and implementation of learning strategies for a major operational project.
You will work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the workforce is prepared to adopt recent ways of working and leverage digital capabilities.
Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager, you will lead a team of four Project Trainers, oversee end-to-end training delivery, and continuously improve programs
