This role is key to maintaining accurate records, resolving pallet issues, and driving continuous improvement across pallet management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all pallet movements are accurately recorded and supported by correct pallet documentation within relevant pallet management systemsManage pallet account reconciliation activities and investigate any discrepancies, pallet losses, or unprocessed docketsMonitor pallet balances and maintain account integrity across the operationLiaise with operational teams, transport providers, customers, and pallet suppliers to resolve pallet issues and discrepanciesReview and validate pallet hire invoices,
