You'll start by learning our core platform (PHP / CakePHP) and business workflows, expanding into modern frontend interfaces (React) and modern tech practices over time.
You will also have access to current AI-assisted development tools, supported by a team rhythm focused on using them safely, effectively, and responsibly.What You'll DoDevelop features, write clean code, and maintain our established PHP application while contributing to newer frontend and API interfaces as you growWork with product managers, senior developers, and operational users to clarify requirements and explain technical concepts clearlyWrite tests, debug issues, perform focused workflow checks, and participate constructively in code reviewsDig into operational defects, figure out root causes,
