As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and personalised care to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
This is a casual position, offering you the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.What you'll be doingAssisting individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasksFacilitating and supporting community engagement and social activities to promote client well-being and independenceAdvocating for client needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and dignity are upheldCollaborating with the broader care team to develop and implement individualised support plansMaintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and interactionsAdhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and supportive environmentWhat we're looking forA Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)
