You will deliver holistic, person-centred care, conduct clinical assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team in clients' homes and community settings.The role requires AHPRA registration and 3+ years of nursing experience, with travel across the Inner West Sydney area.
Competitive hourly pay up to $*****, plus superannuation and km reimbursement.
