The Challenge This is a hands-on, client-facing role supporting business customers across a mix of onsite and remote work.
This role includes regular onsite engagement with clients, combined with remote support.You'll be working directly with users, resolving issues end-to-end, and building your skills across modern Microsoft and security platforms.If you enjoy problem-solving, client interaction, and want to level up your career — this is a strong opportunity.Key responsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote IT support to business clientsTroubleshoot and resolve issues across desktop, server, and network environmentsManage tickets through to resolution with a solid first-time fix focusCommunicate clearly with clients and manage expectationsMaintain accurate documentation and ticket notesWork collaboratively with the wider support teamTake ownership of your own learning and developmentProvide desk-side and remote support services to business customers.Log all customer issues, queries, and requests into the ticket management system.Provide server, network, and desktop technical support, diagnosing customer issues,
