This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives during their most formative years.
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care in accordance with the National Quality Framework and our centre's educational philosophy.
You will contribute to creating engaging learning environments where children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively whilst building positive relationships with families and colleagues.Key responsibilitiesPlan and implement developmentally appropriate educational programmes and activities based on each child's individual interests, needs and abilitiesProvide safe, supportive and stimulating care for children in your designated room or areaObserve and assess children's development and learning, documenting progress and sharing insights with families and colleaguesBuild and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families and team membersEnsure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards, including proper cleaning,
