The Marketing & Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of B.A Roads' marketing, communications and content activities to strengthen the company's brand and market presence.
The position creates and manages engaging digital content, including social media, photography, videography and website content, while ensuring all materials are consistent with the company's brand and values.
The role works closely with operational and corporate teams to identify and capture project, people and business opportunities that showcase B.A Roads' capabilities and achievements.
The position also supports marketing events, trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and engagement with clients, employees and industry stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesManage and schedule social media content across relevant platformsDevelop marketing content including posts, photography and videoPhotograph and film projects, staff, equipment and company activitiesEdit photographs and video content for marketing and social mediaCoordinate marketing requirements for trade shows, expos and industry eventsAssist with preparation of promotional materials,



displays and collateralMaintain the company's marketing calendar and content scheduleCoordinate with operational teams to identify suitable content and marketing opportunitiesAssist with website content and updatesMonitor social media engagement and provide basic reporting on performanceAbout youValid Driver's LicenceConstruction Induction Card (Red / White)Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field is desirable, but equivalent practical experience will be considered1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, social media or content creation roleDemonstrated experience managing and scheduling social media content across relevant platformsExperience creating written, photographic and video content for social media and other marketing channelsExperience using photography and video equipment to capture skilled-quality contentExperience editing photographs and short-form video contentExperience maintaining a marketing/content calendar and managing multiple deadlinesExperience coordinating marketing materials for trade shows, expos, events or industry activities
