SIL House Supervisor (Casual, 3 Nights Per Week)Classification: Community Services & DevelopmentDisability Support Model: 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL)2:1 Support Shifts: Night shifts (3 per week)We are seeking an experienced and confident SIL House Supervisor to maintain and contribute to the setup and ongoing operation of a Supported Independent Living home in Greensborough.
This role combines hands‐on support with on‐shift leadership, ensuring the home runs safely, smoothly, and in line with NDIS Practice Standards.This is a practical supervisory role — you will guide staff, support the participant, and maintain safety and documentation.
This role does not include rostering or budgeting responsibilities.
This is not an Administration role, it is hands on.About the RoleAs the House Supervisor, you will work within a 2:1 support model, providing direct support while overseeing nightly operations.
You will help establish routines, maintain safety systems, and ensure high‐quality support is delivered consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, guidance, and support to staff during shiftsDeliver shared direct support to the participant in a 2:1 modelMaintain safety on shiftUphold NDIS Practice Standards of policies and procedures and how to train staff in those policiesSupport house setup, routines, and operational systemsEnsure accurate shift notes, incident reporting,
