We are a practical, down-to-earth business that values good people, strong workmanship and genuine customer support.We are looking for a full-time Service Technician to join our Shepparton team.This is a great opportunity for a trade-qualified technician who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in their work, and wants to work across a range of equipment including forklifts, elevated work platforms and Kärcher qualified cleaning equipment.About the roleYou will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment, carrying out scheduled maintenance and breakdown work, and helping ensure our customers receive prompt, reliable service.The role offers a mix of workshop and field service work, so it will suit someone who is hands-on, mechanically minded and comfortable working independently.Key responsibilitiesDiagnose faults and carry out repairs to forklifts,



EWP's and Kärcher professional cleaning equipmentPerform scheduled servicing, maintenance and breakdown workCarry out workshop and field service work as requiredComplete job cards, service reports and related paperwork accuratelyIdentify parts requirements and communicate with the parts and service teamMaintain a clean, safe and organised work environmentRepresent LTS professionally when dealing with customers on site and in the workshopWork in line with company procedures and safety requirementsAbout youTrade qualified in Automotive, Diesel, Mechanical, Electrical or similarStrong diagnostic and repair skills across hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systemsExperience working on forklifts, access equipment, cleaning equipment or similar machinery would be highly regardedAble to work independently and manage jobs efficientlyPractical, reliable and safety focusedGood communication skills and a strong customer service attitudeTickets/licences advantageousEWP ticketMR licenceWhat we offerFull-time, stable position with a long-established companyFlexible 4-day work week optionsNo overtime requiredCompany vehicleVariety in your work and autonomy in the roleSupportive team and branch environmentLocationShepparton, VIC
