In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of clinical research, supporting the design, implementation, and successful completion of clinical trials.
You will work closely with research teams, healthcare professionals, and participants to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice and regulatory compliance.
This position is essential to advancing medical research and bringing innovative treatments to patients.Key responsibilitiesRecruiting, screening, and enrolling eligible participants into clinical trial studies whilst maintaining detailed recordsConducting informed consent discussions with participants, discussing the study objectives, procedures, risks, and benefitsPerforming clinical assessments, vital sign measurements, and collecting biological samples according to approved protocolsAdministering study medications and treatments in accordance with protocol specifications and regulatory guidelinesMaintaining comprehensive and accurate participant documentation, including case report forms, medical histories, and adverse event reportsMonitoring participant safety and wellbeing throughout the trial, reporting any adverse events or protocol deviations promptlyScheduling appointments and follow-up visits to ensure complianceLiaising with investigators, sponsors,



and regulatory bodies to ensure protocol adherence and data integrityPreparing and maintaining study files, regulatory documentation, and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standardsPreparation of study reports and assisting with data analysis as requiredWhat we're looking forCurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent professional registrationA recognised nursing qualification or relevant clinical healthcare qualification at diploma level or higherMinimum 2 years experience in a clinical nursing or healthcare settingPrevious experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or research coordination is highly desirableStrong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements in clinical researchAttention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation and protocolsProficiency in electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management softwareAbility to work independently whilst collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary research teamA compassionate,
